A real estate license is required, along with 12 months as a Listing Coordinator, Transaction Coordinator, or Market Coordinator preferred, advanced knowledge of activation, transaction, closing, and/or lending processes, experience coaching peers, expert time management, champion of Deal Queue and Redfinesse, keen attention to detail, and strong communication skills.
