  • Advanced knowledge of the activation, transaction, closing, and/or lending processes

Responsibilities

  • Provide lead support to Listing and/or Transaction Coordinators as directed by management
  • Ongoing shadowing, coaching, and development
  • Assist with resource documentation and manual creation
  • Onboard and train new coordinators
  • Provide deal coverage as needed
  • Deal auditing
  • Assist with new feature roll-out communication and implementation
  • Stay up to date on changing regulations and procedures
  • Load balancing and coverage management in tandem with Support Manager
  • Work with Support Manager to maintain positive team morale
