Responsibilities

  • Oversee cultivation staff, schedules, cultivation processes, and inventory
  • Serve as a role model and resource for cultivation staff concerning products and services, policies and procedures, industry news, and changes in regulations
  • Respond to gardener questions, concerns, or suggestions and take action when necessary to resolve conflicts
  • Delegate tasks to gardeners and harvest technicians in order to maintain a compliant and clean cultivation facility
  • Coordinate with Garden leadership to ensure accurate information is communicated to the cultivation staff
  • Oversee all cultivation tasks and processes, ensuring proper documentation of all applicable activities
  • Measure and mix nutrient and plant applications and apply these mixtures according to Cresco Labs policy
  • Ensure plant health by pruning, toping, trimming, and analyzing plant health according to Cresco Labs policy
  • Maintain rotation of strains through the garden to ensure variety and quantity for the cultivation facility
  • Maintain accurate records of all cultivation activities including inventory records, crop application records, materials receipt, returns, etc
