Responsibilities

Oversee cultivation staff, schedules, cultivation processes, and inventory
Serve as a role model and resource for cultivation staff concerning products and services, policies and procedures, industry news, and changes in regulations
Respond to gardener questions, concerns, or suggestions and take action when necessary to resolve conflicts
Delegate tasks to gardeners and harvest technicians in order to maintain a compliant and clean cultivation facility
Coordinate with Garden leadership to ensure accurate information is communicated to the cultivation staff
Oversee all cultivation tasks and processes, ensuring proper documentation of all applicable activities
Measure and mix nutrient and plant applications and apply these mixtures according to Cresco Labs policy
Ensure plant health by pruning, toping, trimming, and analyzing plant health according to Cresco Labs policy
Maintain rotation of strains through the garden to ensure variety and quantity for the cultivation facility
Maintain accurate records of all cultivation activities including inventory records, crop application records, materials receipt, returns, etc
