Responsibilities

  • Manage a portfolio categorized as medium-high complexity, ensuring compliance with payment terms and credit limits using ERP systems and the Order Release Portal
  • Perform risk assessments on new and existing accounts, recommending appropriate credit limits, risk categories, and credit terms
  • Support the team in meeting annual collection targets and assist in credit risk assessments for shared services
  • Track unapplied/unidentified payments and perform financial statement analysis to recommend credit line increases
  • Coordinate the "Credit Hold" process and make informed decisions on releasing orders based on credit analysis
  • Set, review, and advance requests for extended payment terms for new clients
  • Negotiate payment plans and liaise with customers and the commercial department
  • Identify, analyze, and resolve issues with credit notes, debit notes, and cash applications
  • Facilitate invoice payments by credit card and ensure accurate upload of customer invoices
  • Manage web billing systems and collaborate with customers to address inquiries, providing updates and solutions
  • Prepare statements and reports, manage your email inbox, and prioritize customer service and organization
