Candidates should possess extensive experience in unsecured retail lending, including developing and implementing credit risk strategies. They should also have a proven track record of building best-in-class credit capabilities and a strong understanding of credit and pricing strategies.
The Lead Credit Analyst will lead initiatives to improve credit underwriting, boost growth, and manage portfolio risk, supporting the design and roll-out of new lending strategies by translating data patterns into insights. They will monitor strategy performance, iterate for improvement, collaborate with cross-functional teams on product changes, develop credit control and portfolio management frameworks, and refine credit models for strategic decision-making. Additionally, the role involves building and maintaining data tables and dashboards, supporting new product design, assessing portfolio performance, and mentoring junior team members.
