Requirements

Candidates should possess knowledge of providing credit to small and medium-sized sole traders and limited companies, along with experience utilizing automated decisioning processes and a solid understanding of Credit Risk Management activities.

Responsibilities

The Lead Credit Analyst will lead initiatives designing and implementing credit and pricing strategies for business lending products, monitor the performance of existing strategies and iterate to improve them, support the design and roll-out of new products and customer journeys, and lead initiatives to improve credit underwriting, boost growth, and/or manage portfolio risk. They will also work with colleagues across teams to design and deliver initiatives, develop and monitor credit models to forecast cash flows and assess net present value of new lending cohorts, and write credit proposals.
