Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or related field (or suitable combination of education, experience, and training)
  • Minimum of 6 years directly relevant work experience in content production and/or postproduction
  • Passion for creative production and commitment to staying up to date with current and future trends and innovations
  • Expertise across creative disciplines (e.g., digital, out of home, broadcast, physical experiences) and interest in cultivating a broad network of external partners
  • Proven ability to prioritize work appropriately, meet deadlines, with excellent organizational and analytical skills (including attention to detail)
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
  • Forward-thinker with solutions-oriented mindset and entrepreneurial spirit
  • Highly organized, results-driven, strong communicator, problem-solver, thrives under pressure, embraces change and ambiguity
  • Experience managing live-action production, commissioning illustrators/animators, working with architects, etc

Responsibilities

  • Lead organized, efficient, and successful end-to-end production processes, partnering cross-functionally within the brand
  • Work alongside a team of producers, production coordinators, designers, and communication experts to up-level team expertise through learning, inspiring, and sharing knowledge
  • Commission and manage multiple external creative partners (e.g., agencies, artists, creators) to deliver premium stories and experiences
  • Collaborate with counterparts across Marketing teams to deliver creative in accordance with Brand Standards
  • Manage projects end-to-end, from brief receipt through final delivery, inclusive of multiple workstreams
  • Digest, edit, and circulate key information clearly to stakeholders across the business
  • Maintain clarity on priorities, empower team members, and collaborate expertly to get the best out of everyone
  • Share knowledge, advise others, proactively help team develop skills and improve creative output
  • Speak up to contribute solutions when directions change or obstacles arise
