Currently enrolled in a high school program
Less than 1 year of relevant work experience
A current driver's license in good standing and ability to meet the driving records standards outlined in the Company Safe Vehicular Operations Policy
Excellent customer service skills
Superb attention to detail
Ability to understand spoken and written English
Ability to respond to requests in a timely and respectful manner
Ability to work with a diverse group of people and personalities
REAL ID compliant driver's license/ID required effective May 7, 2025, to access the federal facility

Responsibilities

Perform cleaning functions in homes, community offices, and common areas as necessary, including cleaning entire homes, bathrooms, and appliances thoroughly
Complete work quickly and efficiently to meet project deadlines and reduce home vacancy
Carry and maintain all cleaning supplies necessary to perform routine functions
Perform Quality Control checks on cleaning teams to ensure time and quality expectations are met
Maintain a close and highly responsive relationship to the day-to-day activities of the cleaning team
Provide coaching, mentoring, training, and direction to cleaning team members
Work as a member of a team with new associates to train best practices and meet deadlines and performance standards
Implement best practices and ensure properly-approved chemicals are used in properly-labeled containers
May perform other common area cleaning including trash pick-up, doggie waste stations, and community trash removal
