Requirements

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate team and work collaboration
  • Support team and individual employee development
  • Provide advice and recommendations on employee recruitment, disciplinary actions, performance evaluations, and recognition/rewards
  • Train and mentor junior employees
  • Use advanced customer service skills, sales techniques, and product knowledge to provide customers with the right products and drive sales
  • Establish connections between customers and the Nike brand by providing high-level service and incorporating brand stories into the sales process
  • Handle complex transactions and customer service situations, master operations of all relevant departments, and perform athlete duties
  • Serve as an expert in one or more areas or responsibilities (inventory, cashier, sales)
  • Continuously learn and undergo training to further enhance professional knowledge
  • Assist managers in implementing formal onboarding training and various work trainings for employees
  • Proactively provide customer service assistance and prevent loss
  • Stay vigilant against shoplifting or internal theft and report suspicious activities to supervisors
  • Assist supervisors in coordinating other employees' work
  • Can serve as key management personnel
