  • Proficiency in supporting Sales Force Effectiveness, Conversion, pull-through assessments, and best practices
  • Competence in creating customer-based insights and analytics for Platform/Business Unit requests
  • Serve as ASI National Lead for Energy + Endomechanical Platforms
  • Establish and maintain critical internal relationships across functions and partners

Responsibilities

  • Support the design and implementation of business planning tools, analysis, and insights reporting for sales execution, business reporting, sales force effectiveness, and productivity
  • Deliver accurate and timely insights to the commercial organization Senior Leadership by establishing efficient processes, identifying issues, and working with business partners to resolve
  • Provide action-oriented insights to aligned Field Sales Area Leadership team in partnership with other functions (KAM Insights, Commercial Innovation, Pricing, Finance, third party, etc.), and present recommendations to stakeholders
  • Support Sales Force Effectiveness, Conversion, pull-through assessments, and best practices in the Field Sales Area
  • Answer Platform/Business Unit requests by creating customer-based insights and analytics
  • Serve as the ASI National Lead for Energy + Endomechanical Platforms
  • Deliver Customer Insights as part of JJMT Surgery / Ethicon “data & insights ecosystem” to scale and operationalize insights sharing and actioning, progressing to proactive and predictive insights
  • Partner with Data Science and Solutions
