Requirements

  • Minimum of a Bachelor's degree
  • Minimum of 4 years of relevant experience working in a Compensation and/or HR/Business Operations capacity with strong analytical focus
  • Current knowledge of government regulations as they apply to compensation including Federal and state employment laws, FLSA, Pay Equity, EEO/AAP, etc
  • Strong sense of urgency, attention to detail, and exceptional teaming and collaboration skills
  • Excellent research and quantitative business skills
  • Proven experience working in a complex, matrixed environment (preferred)
  • Project management experience (e.g., project plans, status reports, communication plans, milestones, deliverable charts) (preferred)

Responsibilities

  • Work closely with the CSTR and Legal teams to understand legislative landscape impacting compensation in North America and ensure internal processes are compliant with laws and regulations
  • Provide analytical support, including understanding the current external legislative landscape impacting compensation, creating/reviewing ad-hoc analyses of compliance, identifying trends, and recommending appropriate actions
  • Assist Senior Manager, NA Compliance with building the compensation controls and compliance framework for North America
  • Ensure all North America processes are documented and up to date, including process documentation and end-to-end process flows
  • Maintain repository of all compensation processes and key controls for North America compensation
  • Annually review and evaluate end-to-end processes to ensure controls are documented and identified
  • Act as the key point of contact for compensation audit inquiries related to compensation in North America
  • Complete analyses, auditing, and ensure regulatory/legal compliance on matters related to compensation
  • Independently handle the day-to-day assigned tasks, initiatives, and projects that arise
  • Interface with Corporate Services as needed to ensure timely delivery of all North America compensation matters
  • Assist with tracking metrics and other reporting requirements
  • Perform other duties as assigned
