Requirements

5+ years of experience in data engineering, AI operations, or governance
Proficiency in cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP), ETL, and data security
Familiarity with AI ethics, regulatory frameworks, and risk management
Program Management experience including reporting and documentation
Strong presentation and communication skills
Bachelor's Degree is strongly preferred
Minimum of High School Diploma, GED or equivalent required
Integrity, curiosity, resourcefulness, positive attitude, and growth mindset
Comfortable with change and flexible in a fast-paced, high-growth environment
Collaborative approach to achieve ambitious goals

Responsibilities

Architect and maintain a new AI data infrastructure
Work cross-functionally with IT, Legal, and Risk on AI governance
Implement ethical AI frameworks and compliance standards to Scout’s first AI data portfolio
Support model deployment and monitoring of systems along with assessing and integrating new AI tools
Attendance in office with in-person meetings and events regularly
Ability to convene with Scout colleagues in person and travel to participate in events on behalf of the company from time to time
