Responsibilities

Participate in conversations about student experiences on campus and help brainstorm ways to offer meaningful support
Coordinate events, workshops, or informal gatherings to foster connection and reflection among students
Support efforts to understand and thoughtfully respond to challenges students may face, including experiences of exclusion
Gather feedback, stories, or updates from students and staff to stay informed about campus life
Attend meetings with campus or community contacts to observe, contribute ideas, and raise questions
Contribute to communications efforts – drafting updates, curating resources, and sharing the organization’s work
Support students as they build confidence in advocating for themselves and navigating campus systems
Participate in ongoing training and development related to student support, campus engagement, identity, and inclusion
