Visual acuity adequate to perform position duties

Laundry experience (preferred)

Responsibilities

Gather dirty linen and sort for washer loading
Remove laundry from washer and place in dryer, inspecting for damage or soiled areas
Fold dry linen, count, and store in proper location
Inventory and deliver appropriate quantity of linen to the respective area
Operate all laundry equipment in a safe and efficient manner
Use proper sanitary procedures in the handling and delivery of all linens
Make repairs on linen using a sewing machine, thermo patch machine, or hand stitch
Ensure a clean and adequate supply of linen is maintained and stored properly in departments
