Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in administration, engineering, supply chain, or logistics
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in S&OP and demand planning
  • Communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills
  • Skills in process automation for operational efficiency
  • Knowledge of performance indicators and continuous improvement processes
  • Proficiency in MS Excel, Power BI, Oracle

Responsibilities

  • Support the S&OP process for deviation assessment and actively collaborate on continuous improvement projects with internal GE Healthcare teams, defining root causes and action plans for mitigation
  • Manage the action plan to achieve targets/volumes established in demand planning
  • Implement automation of activities to reduce time and increase operational efficiency
  • Monitor performance indicators to ensure execution of planned activities
  • Take responsibility for recurring S&OP agendas, creating action plans and monitoring planning levels
  • Support analysis and preparation of materials for monthly S&OP meetings
  • Maintain effective interface with strategic areas such as Services, Technical, Sales, and logistics
  • Monitor key KPIs, including OTD, Overrides, Accuracy, and planning levels
  • Control excess inventory to maintain planning in line with the pre-defined target
