Responsibilities

Accountable for the quality posture in LATAM, ensuring IT and business resources fulfill regulatory, IT, and business requirements
Serve as quality resource for projects, monitoring/reviewing deliverables to ensure standards exceed expectations
Work proactively to raise quality and compliance posture for LATAM
Act as Colombia Tech@Lilly Leader to enable key business priorities through coordination of Tech initiatives, ensuring consistency and alignment across LATAM
Account manage as part of Colombia leadership, identifying technology opportunities to enable business effectiveness
Lead implementation of major initiatives in Colombia and coordinate replication to the Hub
Drive OCM and adoption
Manage employees, contractors, interns, and students to ensure high performance, engagement, and advancement when needed
Collaborate closely with IBU Solution Services (delivery, support, quality), LATAM Hub, and broader IBU/global resources
Leverage AI and Automation knowledge to streamline processes in project deliverables
As LATAM Quality Lead, collaborate with customers and peers on policies, procedures, and regulations, focusing on situation-specific quality concerns
