Requirements

  • Proven experience in client service, account management, or concierge roles—preferably in high-end landscaping, hospitality, or luxury services
  • Strong knowledge of horticulture, landscape maintenance, and seasonal plant care
  • Previous experience with CRM systems, preferably Aspire
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to manage multiple client relationships with attention to detail and discretion
  • Collaborative mindset with a proactive approach to problem-solving
  • Valid driver’s license and ability to travel locally for site visits
  • Bilingual in both English and Spanish, preferred

Responsibilities

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned clients, ensuring their needs and expectations are consistently met or exceeded
  • Conduct regular site visits to assess landscape conditions and client satisfaction
  • Provide expert guidance on horticultural care, seasonal enhancements, and landscape improvements
  • Act as a conduit between clients and production crews, translating client goals into actionable plans
  • Collaborate with maintenance supervisors, crew leaders, and operations teams to ensure timely and high-quality execution of services
  • Monitor service delivery and proactively address any issues or adjustments needed
  • Anticipate client needs and offer tailored recommendations for landscape enhancements
  • Maintain detailed records of client preferences, service history, and feedback
  • Facilitate client education on plant care, seasonal changes, and landscape features
  • Resolve client concerns with professionalism and urgency
  • Advocate internally for client priorities and ensure their voice is represented in planning and execution
