Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, Chemistry, Biology, Biotechnology, Bioinformatics or a related field
Strong knowledge of LIMS software or related technologies (preferred)
Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
Experience with other laboratory information management systems (LIMS) (preferred)
Familiarity with database management and SQL (preferred)

Responsibilities

Provide technical support for Labware applications, including troubleshooting and resolving issues
Efficiently receive and manage incoming cases, ensuring accurate documentation and timely resolution of reported issues
Utilize technical expertise to troubleshoot and diagnose problems, providing effective solutions while maintaining a high level of professionalism and customer service
Conduct regular system maintenance and updates to ensure the stability and security of Labware applications
Create and maintain documentation for Labware applications, including user guides and technical manuals
