Requirements

  • Practical Engineer degree in exact sciences
  • Minimum of 2 years’ experience in roles such as Support Engineer, System Administrator, or Data Center Operations Engineer
  • Solid hands-on expertise with server hardware and IT infrastructure
  • Practical experience managing Linux environments, virtualization platforms, and container technologies
  • Highly organized, self-driven, and detail-focused, with strong documentation and task management skills
  • Capable of prioritizing effectively in a fast-moving, dynamic setting
  • Strong command of English, both written and verbal

Responsibilities

  • Assume full responsibility over the Solutions Labs equipment
  • Maintain and manage physical and virtual servers, switches, and lab infrastructure
  • Provide hands-on support for lab equipment across multiple locations
  • Rack, stack, install, and configure new hardware/software according to project needs
  • Collaborate with Engineering, IT, Facilities, and Operations teams to resolve technical issues
  • Implement cutting-edge, end-to-end data center solutions
  • Deploy and validate reference deployment documents and how-to tutorials
  • Gather hardware requirements from internal stakeholders and assist in budgeting and procurement
