Requirements
- Ability and willingness to work in three-shift schedule (kolmivuorotyö)
- Good basic physical fitness, as the work is mainly standing work
- Teamwork skills
- Fluent communication skills in Finnish and basic skills in English
- Valid work safety card (työturvallisuuskortti) is an advantage; training provided if not held
Responsibilities
- Assembly of semi-finished/finished products, quality control, packaging, and post-processing according to current instructions/standards
- Simple troubleshooting of automatic machines
- Documentation according to instructions/standards
- Maintaining cleanliness and order
- Participation in handling deviations (internal/external)
- Continuous process improvement (PPI/JDI) and participation in work rotation
- Other tasks assigned by the supervisor
- Ensuring productivity and quality according to current instructions, taking care of work safety, and intervening in issues as needed
