Beantworten von Anfragen per E-Mail
Ansprechperson für Kund*innen bei allen Fragen rund um den Installationstermin
Verfügbarkeit und Unterstützung für Handwerker*innen bei Fragestellungen
Souveräner Umgang mit Beschwerden, Finden pragmatischer Lösungen und Einsatz mit Empathie und Klarheit für die Zufriedenheit der Kund*innen
