  • Komplette Terminierung und Koordination der Smart Meter-Installationen – von der Planung über mögliche Verschiebungen bis zur optimalen Auslastung der Installation Teams
  • Beantworten von Anfragen per E-Mail
  • Ansprechperson für Kund*innen bei allen Fragen rund um den Installationstermin
  • Verfügbarkeit und Unterstützung für Handwerker*innen bei Fragestellungen
  • Souveräner Umgang mit Beschwerden, Finden pragmatischer Lösungen und Einsatz mit Empathie und Klarheit für die Zufriedenheit der Kund*innen
