Responsibilities

  • Serve as the primary contact point for payroll management and social legislation
  • Resolve customers' socio-legal questions via email or phone
  • Ensure timely and correct payroll calculations
  • Perform other operational tasks, such as collaborating with external partners, requesting reports, and updating customer files
  • Conduct about ten proactive customer visits per year to identify support needs (e.g., HR software, prevention and welfare policy)
  • Guide and refer customers to appropriate resources
