Responsibilities

  • Contribute to the operation of the Kit Rooms through effective planning and scheduling of Stryker Products, ensuring items on upcoming case bookings are sourced appropriately and sufficient kits and components are available for assembly and delivery to customers
  • Ensure efficiency of the Kit Room function by appropriately scheduling booked cases and ensuring sufficient inventory and instruments are available to pick for bookings
  • Develop relationships internally with Sales, Operations Leaders, Kit Assemblers and all areas of Customer Service, and externally with operating theatre and sterilizing department staff
  • Drive a positive Customer Experience through delivery of kits in full and maintaining excellent communication with customers
  • Ensure individual actions and team processes maintain an exemplary record of compliance and commitment to relevant quality standards
  • Participate in continuous process improvement aligned with quality standards
