Expertise in Solution Architecture and system design, with a thorough understanding of Kinaxis Data model
Experience configuring Rapid Response system for S&OP, Demand Planning, Supply Planning capabilities, including inbound/outbound data integration
Knowledge of resource setup, forecasting, multi-level functionality, capacity planning, detailed scheduling, and system administration in Kinaxis
Proficiency in Kinaxis Rapid Response resources such as Workbooks, Dashboards, Forms, Hierarchies, Scheduled Tasks, Scripts, and Automation chains
Skills in advanced planning features like forecast consumption, disaggregation, statistical forecasting, and Multi-Level functionality
Understanding of inbound and outbound data integration techniques between Kinaxis and SAP/JDE environments
Ability to manage Kinaxis Rapid Response system administration, including User/Account management and deployments across dev/QA/prod
Capability to conduct deep-dive business requirements discovery sessions and develop comprehensive documentation

Provide Solution Architecture, collaborating with cross-functional teams to deploy and support end-to-end integrated solutions, especially in Supply Chain Planning
Develop and support Kinaxis-related implementation projects, changes, or enhancements
Ensure creative problem-solving while adhering to best practices in Kinaxis configurations
Design and implement Kinaxis Rapid Response solutions aligning with strategic objectives in S&OP, Demand Planning, and Supply Planning
Handle multiple cycles of end-to-end implementation, including solution design, development, testing, and deployment
Configure Capacity Planning and other features to optimize supply chain processes
Conduct business requirements analysis through discovery sessions and develop documentation for design, development, and testing
Manage system administration for stability, performance, reviews, testing, and updates
Identify, prioritize, and resolve complex software issues, providing ongoing support and enhancements
Communicate complex solutions and strategies to stakeholders at all levels
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure solutions meet business needs and integrate seamlessly
