College graduate, preferably with a ministry degree, kids’ ministry related, or equivalent
3 years of leadership experience in kids’ ministry

Responsibilities

Provide leadership and care for all things Christ Fellowship Kids from babies to 4th grade
Lead and develop staff teams and volunteers to operate in their strengths and be most effective
Create and maintain a strong “ALL IN” team culture
Grow campus attendance by implementing Central Kids Team strategy
Ensure proper implementation of curriculum, policies, and procedures as directed by Central Kids Team (Weekends and Kids U)
Ensure volunteers and staff align with mission, vision, and values
Direct implementation of milestones (e.g., Spiritual Steps)
Contribute to or assist with Central Kids initiatives as needed
Attend weekly CF staff meetings and Christ Fellowship Kids department meetings as required
Capture kids and family stories of life change
