  • Clinical and business expertise, effective selling skills to influence decision makers and influencers
  • Ability to develop and deliver targeted sales messages based on accurate clinical information and approved medical reprints
  • Capability to execute marketing strategies at the local level, leveraging resources and collaborating with team members
  • Skills to identify and cultivate relationships with key decision makers in healthcare provider systems
  • Experience or ability to gain access to promoted products in Rheumatology, Gastroenterology, and Dermatology teaching institutions/hospitals/clinics
  • Ability to establish long-term business relationships with residents, fellows, attending physicians, pharmacists, and healthcare providers
  • Knowledge of process flow for IV and subcutaneous products to ensure access and fulfillment
  • Ability to create, implement, and evaluate strategies for developing Fellows, Residents, and Key Opinion Leaders
  • Capability to develop, implement, and evaluate business plans for assigned institutions
  • Commitment to championing collaboration internally and externally

Responsibilities

  • Achieve sales goals for the Immunology portfolio by delivering market share, growth, and other key metrics in the assigned geography
  • Influence decision makers and influencers to support company products in treating relevant disease states using clinical expertise, selling skills, targeted messages, and approved materials
  • Execute marketing strategies locally, share ideas with team members, and enhance business results and customer loyalty through key relationships
  • Gain access to and sell promoted products in targeted Rheumatology, Gastroenterology, and Dermatology institutions by building relationships and coordinating Academic sales strategies
  • Drive product access, acceptance, and usage in targeted Academic accounts, ensuring ease of access and fulfillment for IV and subcutaneous products
  • Create, implement, and evaluate strategies to develop Fellows, Residents, and Key Opinion Leaders in assigned institutions
  • Develop, implement, and evaluate effective business plans for each assigned institution
  • Champion collaboration across the marketplace, both internally and externally
