Requirements

  • Ability to influence decision makers and influencers within assigned customer base using clinical and business expertise, effective selling skills, targeted sales messages, approved medical reprints, and therapeutic strategies
  • Capability to execute marketing strategies at the local level, leveraging resources, collaborating with company team members, and cultivating relationships with key decision makers in healthcare provider systems
  • Experience achieving sales goals for Immunology Dermatology & Psoriatic business, delivering market share and growth, and executing franchise and company brand strategy within assigned geography and customer segments (e.g., specialty medical practices, hospitals, clinics, pharmacists)
  • Skills in gaining access to promoted products and selling in targeted Dermatology and Psoriatic teaching institutions/hospitals/clinics by establishing long-term business relationships with residents, fellows, attending physicians, pharmacists, and healthcare providers
  • Knowledge of process flow for IV and subcutaneous products to drive product access, acceptance, and usage in targeted Academic accounts
  • Ability to create, implement, and evaluate strategies to develop Fellows, Residents, and Key Opinion Leaders within assigned institutions
  • Proficiency in developing, implementing, and evaluating effective business plans (e.g., Market Acceleration Plans) for each assigned institution
  • Commitment to championing collaboration across the marketplace, both internally and externally

Responsibilities

  • Execute local marketing strategies, share ideas with team members, and enhance business results and customer loyalty through key relationships
  • Achieve sales goals, market share, and key metrics in assigned geography using discretion and judgment in brand strategy execution
  • Gain access and sell promoted products in targeted Dermatology and Psoriatic institutions by building relationships and coordinating Academic sales strategies
  • Drive product access, acceptance, and usage in Academic accounts by understanding and facilitating product process flows
  • Create, implement, and evaluate strategies for developing Fellows, Residents, and Key Opinion Leaders
  • Develop, implement, and evaluate business plans for assigned institutions
  • Champion internal and external collaboration across the marketplace
