Requirements

Candidates should possess at least 5 years of experience in direct or end-customer sales, ideally within cloud computing and virtualization technology, and demonstrate knowledge of Citrix products and solutions. Strong experience in the technology sector, particularly in managing customer relationships, processes, and programs, and in leading sales teams within the IT industry is required. Fluency in both German and English languages is also necessary.

Responsibilities

As a Key Account Manager for Citrix, the individual will be responsible for independently implementing the sales strategy for new customer acquisition in the commercial segment, building and maintaining strategic relationships with decision-makers at C-level and senior management levels, locally executing EMEA-wide initiatives and programs, supporting and developing strategic partnerships to generate new business opportunities, steering forecasting and pipeline management in coordination with country teams, providing sales support and consulting to Regional Vice Presidents and Country Managers, cooperating with EMEA teams to ensure consistent market approaches, conceiving and implementing targeted sales and marketing campaigns in collaboration with marketing experts, developing sales plays to promote product adoption in the commercial segment, and working with marketing teams to optimize go-to-market strategies.
