Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy, Life-Sciences is preferred or Marketing / Other related field
  • Minimum 3 years’ (for Exec level) / 6 years’ (for Manager level) experience in pharmaceutical sales or key account management
  • Strong understanding of the pharmaceutical industry and market dynamics
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Negotiation and contract management abilities
  • Results-oriented with a track record of achieving sales targets
  • Familiarity with relevant pharmaceutical regulations and compliance standards

Responsibilities

  • Responsible for territory: Southern Malaysia
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with key accounts in the pharmaceutical sector
  • Identify and understand the unique needs and challenges of key clients
  • Implement strategies to enhance customer satisfaction and loyalty
  • Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to identify business development opportunities within key accounts
  • Work towards achieving sales targets and business objectives
  • Stay informed about the company's pharmaceutical products and services
  • Provide in-depth product knowledge to key accounts and address any inquiries
  • Monitor industry trends and market conditions relevant to pharmaceutical products
  • Conduct market analysis to identify potential growth areas and competitors
  • Negotiate contracts and agreements with key accounts to ensure mutually beneficial partnerships
  • Manage contract renewals and modifications as needed
  • Work closely with internal cross-functional teams, including marketing, sales, and regulatory affairs, to ensure seamless communication and coordination
  • Ensure compliance with relevant pharmaceutical regulations and industry standards
  • Stay updated on changes in regulatory requirements affecting key accounts
  • Prepare regular reports on key account performance, market trends, and sales forecasts
  • Present findings to the management team and contribute to strategic decision-making
