Requirements

  • Degree in Human Computer Interaction or equivalent experience
  • 2-3 years in a user experience design role
  • Knowledge of design fundamentals including information design, visual design, industry UI standards for desktop, web-based and mobile applications, and knowledge of usability best practices
  • Great communicator who works well in collaborative, global environments
  • Comfortable with tools like Figma, Salesforce, Jira, etc

Responsibilities

  • Produce wireframes, prototypes, interaction designs and user flows using Figma
  • Conduct and analyze research to gain user insight and incorporate this feedback into designs
  • Collaborate with design, product and development teams to ensure a high-quality implementation and user experience
  • Track and deliver assigned tasks using tools such as Jira and Confluence
  • Contribute to building and evolving tools, processes, standards and design frameworks to continuously improve our UX craft
