Requirements

The Junior Product Designer should possess a Bachelor’s degree in Interaction Design, Graphic Design, or a related field, and at least one year of experience designing and iterating on product UIs. They must have a solid understanding of interaction design, prototyping, and usability principles, along with experience using design tools such as Figma, Miro, Jira, Confluence, and Adobe Creative Suite. Familiarity with design systems and experience designing for SaaS platforms is considered a plus.

Responsibilities

This role requires the Junior Product Designer to take direction and feedback from senior designers, UX managers, and product leaders as they iterate on their work, produce UI designs, wireframes, prototypes, and final assets to communicate design concepts and user flows, collaborate in workshops and agile team processes to understand requirements and usability needs, ensure designs align with established design systems and brand guidelines, clearly explain design decisions and seek feedback to improve their work, and work with engineers, product managers, UX researchers, and writers to ensure accurate implementation across platforms.
