Requirements

  • Minimum one year of experience in payroll or HR administration
  • Higher education (preferred fields: Finance, Economics, Management, or related)
  • Knowledge of labor law, social security, and tax regulations related to compensation
  • Good knowledge of the MS Office package (especially Excel)
  • English language proficiency at level B2 (communicative)
  • Accuracy, diligence, and analytical thinking skills
  • Experience working with Dayforce and Enova payroll systems (preferred)
  • Knowledge of HR and payroll processes in international environments (preferred)
  • Desire to develop in advanced payroll systems (preferred)

Responsibilities

  • Verify and process payroll data
  • Calculate salaries according to labor law, tax, and social security regulations
  • Prepare payroll declarations and reports (ZUS, PIT, PPK)
  • Support the operation and configuration of payroll systems
  • Answer employee questions regarding compensation
  • Collaborate with HR, Finance, and other organizational units
  • Monitor changes in compensation regulations and their implementation in daily work
