The candidate should possess at least one year of experience in graphic design, including internships or freelance work, and proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and other relevant design tools. They must have a basic understanding of digital advertising formats and platform requirements, along with strong attention to detail and the ability to follow design guidelines.
The Junior Graphic Designer will be responsible for designing static ads from scratch and adapting banners to meet platform specifications, collaborating closely with the Commercial and Ads Operations teams to ensure all creatives align with brand guidelines and industry standards. They will also be tasked with staying up to date with industry trends, working efficiently on multiple projects, and meeting deadlines to achieve creative objectives.

Aleph enhances the financial planning and analysis (FP&A) process by improving the functionality of spreadsheets, which are widely used by finance teams.
