Requirements

  • 1-3 years of experience in graphic design (preferably in alcohol, beverage, or hospitality industry) with a portfolio showcasing diverse creative work in 3D and 2D models across different media
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, After Effects) with capability to produce high-quality 2D and 3D animated content for digital platforms
  • Competent in SketchUp (SolidWorks advantageous)
  • Experience designing for both print and digital, including POS materials, menus, social media assets, and venue branding for on-trade and off-trade activations
  • Experience in 3D visualization and renders
  • Proven experience designing and developing retail furniture and displays
  • Proven experience in retail design environment
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills with fluency in English
  • Excited to work with GenAI tools to blend human creativity with AI efficiencies in 3D and 2D design workflows
  • Comfortable expressing ideas quickly with freehand sketches
  • Stay current with trends in 3D/2D design and related technologies

Responsibilities

  • Demonstrate creative flair while working within brand guidelines, with strong understanding of brand identity, visual storytelling, and marketing principles
  • Support packaging and print initiatives (packaging, VAPs, labels, and assets) with precision, quality, and brand alignment; assist with 3D renders when needed
  • Maintain organised filing systems for completed work and internal processes, while identifying areas for improvement
  • Design visually appealing promotional key visuals, POS, branding, and print materials that reflect the brand
  • Conceptualise and produce visibility materials that enhance brand presence in physical spaces, including designing large-scale spaces like bespoke boutique stores, concession stands, and event spaces
  • Show experience designing for both print and digital channels to craft distinctive B2B and B2C communications
  • Work closely with the Creative Team, cross-functional partners, and report to the Regional Creative Traffic Manager to execute production and finalization for impactful delivery
  • Proven experience in management of campaign and production budgets
  • Assist in troubleshooting technical issues in design workflows
  • Excellent client engagement: proactively organise and influence clients, build strong working relationships
