Requirements

Bachelor's degree in finance, Accounting or a related field
1-3 years of experience in financial analysis or project accounting, ideally within the construction or Manufacturing industry
Proficient in Excel and comfortable working with large data sets
Strong attention to detail, organization and communication skills

Responsibilities

Assist in preparing financial reporting and analysis
Track shop and field labour hours, costs and productivity across projects
Support budgeting and forecasting for ongoing and upcoming project hours
Analyze project performance, highlighting variances and cost trends
Collaborate with project managers to ensure accurate financial data
Prepare ad-hoc financial analyses and dashboards to support decision-making
Produce invoices for internal and 3rd party companies
Ensure procedures are followed for invoicing (USD/CAD)
All other duties as required
