Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree, ideally in Finance, Accounting, Business Intelligence or Data Science
  • Familiarity with the Microsoft Power Platform (especially Power BI and Power Automate)
  • Passion for data and Power BI Applications; understanding of key data concepts like data preparation, data modelling, data structure/types of list, array etc
  • Some knowledge of Power Query, DAX, SQL, and ideally Python
  • Fluency in English

Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement Power BI reports to provide comprehensive, in-depth analysis for the European Finance Leadership Team and Europe Leadership
  • Evaluate business processes and develop solutions for recurring tasks using Power Automate, focusing on maximizing standardization
  • Regularly engage with internal customers through surveys and interviews to understand their needs
  • Ensure the maintainability and manageability of reports by applying a consistent approach to solving recurring problems; ensure reports and automated processes are always operational
  • Collaborate with IT to build/test/deploy new technical solutions/enhancements
  • Partner with the business to ensure requests for reports or automated solutions are clearly understood and technically feasible
  • Provide training materials to the business on Power BI and Power Automate
  • Develop and enforce the implementation of Data Governance rules
