Responsibilities

  • Follow the career roadmap supplied by mentors
  • Complete the renowned training program while executing on continuous coaching
  • Contact clients daily
  • Partner with clients, companies, and institutions to develop and execute their individualized real estate investment strategies
  • Prepare thoughtful analyses of clients' properties, including opinions of value, using market comparables and research
  • Research the local market and stay up-to-date on industry trends
  • Market investment real estate internally, externally, and to clients who are active investors
  • Collaborate with Senior Agents to achieve business and career goals with a clear pathway to growth, operating with a team player mentality
