The Junior Commercial Real Estate Agent will follow the career roadmap provided by mentors, complete the firm’s training program, and execute continuous coaching while contacting clients daily. They will partner with clients, companies, and institutions to develop and execute real estate investment strategies, prepare property analyses, research market trends, and market investment real estate to clients. Additionally, the agent will collaborate with Senior Agents to achieve business and career goals, operating with a ‘team player’ mentality.
