  • Análisis y resolución de incidencias (Obligatorio)
  • Ingeniería / Técnico superior en informática
  • Conocimientos en Java o Python, Metodología Agile y/o Cobol/Microfocus
  • Experiencia en herramientas de gestión y análisis de logs (ITSM, Kibana, Dynatrace…)
  • Conocimientos financieros sobre productos de Empresas (Deseable)
  • Inglés (Deseable)
  • Proactividad en búsqueda de soluciones antes, durante y después de cada proyecto
  • Facilidad de comunicación y trato con equipos responsables de atención a clientes, Negocio y equipos de desarrollo

Responsibilities

  • Analizar/gestionar y dar respuesta a incidencias de clientes de los canales web y app de Empresas
  • Comunicación con el equipo de desarrollo gestionando el alta de incidencias de software en Jira, así como el seguimiento de las mismas hasta poner en producción la solución
  • Dar soporte y formación a equipos de Atención de clientes y Oficinas de Banco Santander
  • Extracción de datos y trazas que respalden la actividad del cliente en los canales digitales
  • Revisión y análisis de errores en JCL’s que intervienen en la actividad diaria de nuestros canales
