Responsibilities

The Junior Linux System Administrator will be responsible for answering customer inquiries and educating them about Vultr’s products and services, serving as the first responder to platform-level alerts and issues, identifying causes and implementing solutions to problems, coordinating with other departments to resolve platform issues, and maintaining the customer platform infrastructure. They will also dedicate time to weekly training and participate in 24/7 team operations with shift placement determined by the company.
