Requirements

Responsibilities

  • Summarizes and transforms data into visual formats such as tables, charts, and graphs to support insights generation
  • Analyzes market data and research results to contribute to the creation of reports and client-facing presentations
  • Ensures data accuracy by reviewing for errors and inconsistencies using internal tools and validated sources
  • Drafts initial client communications and participates in meetings and presentations, with occasional in-person interactions
  • Adheres strictly to internal security protocols, completing all required certifications and avoiding any security incidents
  • Delivers tasks and projects within established deadlines, proactively identifying potential issues and escalating them when necessary, while demonstrating ownership and urgency in problem-solving within current skill capabilities
  • Maintains timely and effective communication with clients, ensuring responses are delivered in accordance with established SLAs
