The annual salary range is $127,200.00 - 208,000.00 USD, and the role may be eligible to earn commission and/or bonuses plus benefits.
This is a field-based role with up to 50% travel.
A Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (business or medical discipline preferred) or equivalent experience is required, along with minimum 5 years of successful sales experience (preferably in medical devices or healthcare) and minimum 2 years of direct people management or demonstrated leadership in sales.
Preferred qualifications include experience in orthopedic joint replacement or similar surgical device sales, strong presentation, negotiation, and strategic planning skills, and familiarity with hospital procurement processes.
