Requirements

Deep expertise in JD Edwards ERP system, particularly Order Management and Invoicing modules
Extensive experience in ERP systems
Skilled in functional design, configuration, and implementation of JD Edwards
Experience gathering, documenting, understanding, and reverse-engineering systems and processes
Ability to clone existing applications and stand up new technology landscapes
Strong collaboration skills with business stakeholders, cross-functional teams (IT, finance, operations), and third-party support/delivery teams
Capability to troubleshoot, manage issues, and resolve them timely
Knowledge of Order-to-Cash (O2C) and invoicing processes
Understanding of agile delivery, backlog prioritization, and continuous improvement initiatives
Familiarity with compliance, industry standards, internal controls, and regulatory requirements

Responsibilities

Lead functional design, configuration, and implementation of JD Edwards ERP for Order Management and Invoicing modules
Ensure communication with other regions for harmonized global solutions
Participate in backlog prioritization to drive continuous agile delivery through product teams
Actively participate in cloning existing applications to bring them in-house and take ownership for long-term improvement
Work with business stakeholders to understand requirements and translate them into functional specifications and system solutions
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth integration of Order-to-Cash and invoicing processes in JD Edwards
Partner with third-party support and delivery teams to manage and resolve JD Edwards issues, ensuring timely enhancements and support
Configure and support JD Edwards Order Management and Invoicing modules to meet business needs and streamline processes
Identify process improvements, optimize workflows, and recommend best practices for order processing and invoicing
Manage system upgrades and enhancements for Order Management and Invoicing functions
Ensure compliance with industry standards, internal controls, and regulatory requirements
Develop reports, dashboards, and analytical tools to monitor KPIs related to order management and invoicing
