Requirements

  • Successfully completed studies in (Business/Economic) Informatics or a comparable IT education
  • Experience in Java software development is desirable
  • Knowledge of common Java and web frameworks, such as Spring, Spring Boot, JPA, XML/XSLT, REST, TypeScript, JavaScript
  • Basic knowledge of database handling and SQL
  • Familiarity with build and CI processes using Jenkins, Maven, and version control tools
  • Knowledge of testing automation and experience with Docker
  • Agile mindset and willingness to learn new technologies
  • Good German language skills (B2 to C1) are required
  • Good English skills are an advantage

Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with the Product Owner and development team to enhance our software solutions
  • Design and develop software solutions and processes using Java, utilizing appropriate frameworks and technologies. This may include web applications, web services, or automation solutions to support our subject processes or customer requirements
  • Support colleagues in quality assurance through test-driven development principles
  • Contribute your own ideas for optimizing our processes
