Responsibilities

The Java Backend Developer/Lead will contribute to all stages of the software development lifecycle, including coding, unit testing, implementation, and deployment. Responsibilities include troubleshooting production and environmental issues, coordinating with QA, App Support, and Business Design, and implementing and maintaining applications. The role involves analyzing user requirements, defining system business objectives, ensuring application designs align with business goals, architecting scalable and high-performance backend services, and writing well-designed, testable code. Additionally, the developer will conduct software analysis, programming, testing, debugging, prepare software releases, and follow agile development methodologies, including grooming user stories with the team.
