The Team Lead will manage, motivate, coach, and train customer support teams, creating schedules and ensuring tasks are completed according to client requirements. Responsibilities include addressing project issues proactively, upholding studio policies and security standards, and serving as an escalation point for customer issues. The role involves conducting quality control checks, monitoring ticket databases to meet KPIs and SLAs, reviewing reports for anomalies, and developing training materials. Additionally, the Team Lead will manage personnel, including vacation requests and attendance, and provide regular project status updates to the Operations Manager.
