Requirements

  • Familiar with Japanese and overseas PC/console games, with rich gaming experience and deep understanding of player communities and their needs
  • Familiar with local KOLs and media ecosystem, with excellent market sensitivity, strong communication skills, and team collaboration awareness
  • Deep understanding of Japanese gaming user segments and consumption logic, especially PC and PS game users
  • Good stress resistance, ability to adapt to cross-cultural environments and communication with overseas teams
  • Data analysis skills and awareness, ability to timely analyze and adjust marketing and product data
  • Language proficiency: Native-level Japanese, English usable as working language

Responsibilities

  • Market insights and strategy: Provide product selling points analysis, user insights, and strategic support based on product features, operational goals, and promotion needs; deeply understand and grasp target user demands
  • Marketing planning and execution: Follow up on PC/console game market promotion activities, including influencer collaborations, PR, paid media, offline events, and OOH; participate in building Japan's PC influencer network
  • Data monitoring and optimization: Support the implementation of Japan's PC market ROI data monitoring system; timely adjust投放 strategies based on promotion and product data
  • Cross-team collaboration: Communicate and coordinate with headquarters and R&D teams; support global activities in Japan and localize Japan-led activities
