Candidates must possess a minimum of two years of IT support experience, demonstrating proficiency in troubleshooting Microsoft and Google Workspace issues, and hands-on experience with RMM and ticketing systems. Basic to intermediate scripting knowledge, particularly in PowerShell, Bash, or similar languages, is required, along with familiarity with accounting software, specifically QuickBooks Desktop and Online. Strong communication and remote collaboration skills are essential, as is the ability to work night shifts and manage tasks independently.
The IT Support Specialist will provide remote technical support for Microsoft 365 and Google Workspace tenants, troubleshoot issues within QuickBooks Desktop and Online environments, utilize NinjaRMM and ticketing tools to monitor and resolve incidents, create and maintain IT scripts for automation and task optimization, respond to and resolve IT support tickets within defined SLAs, communicate effectively via Microsoft Teams, and maintain high service standards while documenting troubleshooting steps, resolutions, and common issues for the knowledge base.
