Position Overview
RemoteVA PH is seeking a highly skilled IT Support Specialist to provide remote technical support and troubleshooting across various platforms. This role requires expertise in Microsoft 365, Google Workspace, QuickBooks, and RMM tools, along with a strong understanding of cloud platforms, scripting, and IT ticketing systems. The ideal candidate will be proactive, analytical, and adept at working in a fast-paced virtual environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide technical support for Microsoft 365 and Google Workspace tenants.
- Troubleshoot issues in QuickBooks Desktop and Online environments.
- Utilize NinjaRMM and ticketing tools (e.g., Gam Ninja) for incident monitoring and resolution.
- Create and maintain IT scripts for automation and task optimization.
- Respond to, track, and resolve IT support tickets within defined Service Level Agreements (SLAs).
- Communicate effectively via Microsoft Teams and maintain high service standards.
- Document troubleshooting steps, resolutions, and common issues for the knowledge base.
Requirements
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 2 years of IT support experience.
- Proficiency in troubleshooting Microsoft and Google Workspace issues.
- Hands-on experience with RMM and ticketing systems.
- Basic to intermediate scripting knowledge (PowerShell, Bash, or others).
- Familiarity with accounting software, particularly QuickBooks.
- Strong communication and remote collaboration skills.
- Ability to work night shifts and manage tasks independently.
