Candidates must have a minimum of 2 years of IT support experience, proficiency in troubleshooting Microsoft 365 and Google Workspace issues, and hands-on experience with RMM and ticketing systems. Basic to intermediate scripting knowledge in PowerShell, Bash, or other languages is required, along with familiarity with accounting software like QuickBooks. Strong communication and remote collaboration skills are essential, as is the ability to work night shifts and manage tasks independently.
The IT Support Specialist will provide technical support for Microsoft 365 and Google Workspace tenants, troubleshoot issues in QuickBooks Desktop and Online, and use RMM and ticketing tools to monitor and resolve incidents. Responsibilities include creating and maintaining IT scripts for automation, responding to and resolving IT support tickets within defined SLAs, communicating effectively via Microsoft Teams, and documenting troubleshooting steps and resolutions for the knowledge base.
