Requirements

Experience with end-user support for 1500+ systems (95% Mac, 5% Windows & VDI), including client software, hardware, and network system problems
Versatility, attention to detail, strong sense of urgency, and troubleshooting skills
Ability to manage IT requests including break/fix issues, SaaS administration, asset management, hardware deployment, user onboarding & offboarding, A/V support, and IT project participation

Responsibilities

Provide Global IT Support by responding to client queries, solving technical problems including client software, hardware, and network issues; support business needs in the office
Handle daily duties: receive, prioritize, document, route, schedule, provide general IT support, technical troubleshooting, documentation, Audio/Video support, project management, and resolve internal IT support requests related to hardware and software
Conduct New Hire training, including orientation on company IT platforms, tool familiarity, troubleshooting, and configuration assistance
Provide technical assistance/training to team members and act as a liaison with Systems and Network Administration teams
Manage hardware in relation to the hardware asset lifecycle and provide support in SaaS asset management (e.g., auditing, access retrieval)
Create and maintain knowledge content to promote self-service support and provide feedback/recommendations to improve processes
