Requirements

  • Ability to work within established troubleshooting guides and knowledge base to resolve tickets within time standards
  • Capability to provide Service Desk support for all Enterprise IT related applications
  • Skills in investigating root causes of tickets and proactively resolving root issues
  • Experience prioritizing resolution of tickets in queue and project work, including for other office locations
  • Proficiency in setting up and maintaining office network, computer setup, distribution, and employee onboarding
  • Competence in handling complex issues and escalations independently, pulling in other teams as needed
  • Ability to support, update, and maintain IT conference room spaces and A/V equipment independently or with building staff
  • Capacity to provide onboarding/offboarding support, technical consulting, system configuration, and troubleshooting
  • Skills in installing, assembling, and configuring computers, monitors, network devices, and peripherals (printers, scanners, switches, hardware)
  • Service mindset for engaging teams and ensuring end-user satisfaction
  • Ability to create and update SOPs for new and existing needs
  • Commitment to continuously expanding service desk knowledge, researching independently to stay current
  • Willingness to take full ownership of special projects and duties as assigned (operational improvements, technical implementations)
  • Ability to consistently meet and exceed goals and SLAs for customer service, technical quality, and first call resolution
  • Capacity to work in an elevated capacity

Responsibilities

  • Serve as the main point of contact within the Service Desk to resolve frontline issues for employees
  • Assist with setting up new Arrive offices
  • Provide desk-side troubleshooting, technical support, workstation support, and system set-up
  • Resolve various issues including email and desktop software support, printer troubleshooting, conference room support, and network connectivity issues
  • Coordinate with InfoSec and Infrastructure team to fix and troubleshoot office problems
  • Work within troubleshooting guides and knowledge base to resolve tickets within time standards and provide resolutions
  • Provide replacement equipment in accordance with department policy
  • Track, account for, and maintain inventory; collect and track equipment after terminations or when no longer needed
  • Ensure equipment inventory is secured at all times; submit requests for equipment orders
  • Report any missing or stolen equipment immediately
  • Attend all meetings unless approved otherwise in advance
  • Track, account for, and maintain inventory

  • Continuously expand service desk knowledge and expertise
